The care provider was skeptical/dismissive of studies that link the combination of rosacea and onychomycosis with gut microbe conditions that may make patients susceptible to those conditions. The standard topical treatments are ineffective leading me to wonder if other factors are at play. He did, somewhat reluctantly, accept my offer of the queries I had printed out.
