Dr. Douglas is a very caring doctor who was prepared to share his knowledge as a doctor in a way that made me feel like I was getting the best advice about my problems. He asked many background questions and was honest in saying he didn't know for sure what caused all my problems but he advised me as to what treatment he recommended I try. I felt like I had a plan to try with good instructions. Dr. Douglas seemed to care and encouraged me not to get discouraged if the new medication did not work for me. I appreciated that he didn't seem hurried and his positive, caring personality.
