I didn't receive an explanation of my MRI results. I was basically told that I could now call if my symptom with trigeminal neuralgia occur again. No real explanation about my reaction to carbamazepine that caused a week of extreme pain and a trip to Urgent Care. I was charged over $400 and didn't feel that was appropriate based on our discussion and lack of empathy.
