Dr Crossley pulled his stool up up to me and directly engaged me in a discussion of my upcoming serious procedure. He was not patronizing nor did he defer to my husband for responses. I really appreciated his respect for me and my clear understand of what would be involved. I'm one who wants to personally understand my health situation. Dr Crossley is awesome. Thank you Vandy
