Michelle is very personable, friendly and shows empathy well. She comes across as a partner in your health care rather than someone just looking at you, not listening and making their assessment without your input.

She explained things very thoroughly and the plan seems very appropriate for the many moving parts associated with the whole process.

I have extensive chronic autoimmune diagnoses. I have Vanderbilt specialists for hematology (Chi), rheumatology, neurology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, uveitis, and dermatology...plus a Vandy PCP. Of all those good, good doctors and specialists, Dr. Michelle Chi is by far the practitioner who offers the most education on my health conditions and integrates well with the other specialists. If I had $10 million, I'd take her on as my own private medical professional. :) Best!
