Dr Ball is always helpful and listening to my questions. He always asks if there is anything that he can do for us before he leaves the room.

She made me feel @ ease since I was extremely anxious. She told me what she was doing all thru the procedure. And how the procedure results were analysed & when I would get my results.

Like I stated on the first page of this survey Dr ball is such a professional intelligent wonderfully educated man. Who took the time to research me and my case prior to seeing me and in quite some depth as I'm a complicated patient. And even though I did not get the news that I expected to get I was still very much at ease very impressed with him very impressed with his resume and impressed with his care and concern for me and my symptoms and how to get me to a point where I was actually having some quality of life. I just can't say enough good things about him he was wonderful.

Dr. Ball and his team has bent over backwards to be of help to me. He has tried to find me help for a condition that is outside his scope of care. He called personally to speak with me about care. Not many doctors would go this above and beyond,
