Adolescent Partial Hospitalization

Our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization program helps adolescents ages 13 to 17 who are struggling with emotional or social difficulties renew and rebuild their mental health.

We use evidence-based treatments personalized to each client’s needs and symptoms, including comprehensive therapy and medical evaluation services. We work collaboratively with parents and/or caregivers to help their teenager reach their goals.

Our warm and therapeutic environment helps clients build coping skills, improve distress tolerance, reduce or eliminate self harm and shorten hospital stays.

    Group-based treatment

Our patients take part in several groups. Life skills groups help adolescents learn how to manage mental health concerns. Therapeutic groups encourage giving and receiving feedback. Process groups allow patients to talk about their illnesses or conditions in a safe, therapeutic setting. Activity-based and nursing groups help with such needs as sleep hygiene, stress management and exercise. Other activities and meals always happen together.
