First time meeting her and she was awesome

The doctor who called me wasn't the doctor I thought I had the appointment with. I felt the doctor, Dr. Syeda Sadia Zaidii, was impatient with me. This was my first telemed appointment So I was having a little trouble with my phone. I was pleased not to have to drive over2 1/2 hours to the appointment, but really wasn't pleased with this doctor. I am an older patient and have been blessed with very good health so I had a lot of questions about the Osteoporosis. It just wasn't a great experience.

First visit. She was well prepared. Had reviewed records and gave time for questions and clarification.

Dr. S. Zaidi was friendly and professional. She is unlike any other medical doctor I've ever been to before - she listens. That must be a rare commodity in the medical profession.

Good experience. Provided much knowledge and insight.

Never prepared, little sympathy. Positive praise on accomplishments.

I absolutely love Dr Zaidi! She's the best. I love her kindness, bedside manner, clarity in answering my questions. Shes a wonderful person and provider.
