Dr Zaidi was very thorough and friendly.

The wait in the exam room was a bit longer than expected.

I was treated with great respect and curtesy.

I really liked Dr. Zaidi.

This is my third year with Dr. Zaidi and she has always answered my questions and assisted me in understanding better how my thyroid functions as well as medication options.

Doctor is pleasant, but unprepared. I came in to discuss my last labs, including my latest bone density test. The test was administered at the WMC outpatient Imaging Center ( at the suggestion of Dr Z's office) for comparison purposes to previous bone density tests. The office did not have a copy of that test (given months ago). So the primary reason for me going to this appointment boys not be discussed! Toward the end of the visit, dr was in a hurrysomeone came to the door to get her for the next patient. I was told the office would get the test results that they did not have today to discuss. I asked that someone from the office call me to discuss the test findings with me when they were obtained. Test results should have already been in my files and I felt rather rubber-stamped the visit with a see ya next year. Frustrated and disappointed.

The appointment was not productive or helpful.

She listened to me and was very kind. She took time with me.
