Dr. Yakes is always so friendly and courteous. She always includes me in making decisions about my health care. She explains everything in a way I can understand. Dr. Yakes sees me as a person and I receive the individualized care I expect.

If every doctor at VUMC was like Dr. Yakes, you would never have any complaints. She is excellent!
