Carmen R. Tuchman MD

Dr. Tuchman has been my PCP since March 2018. I appreciate her honesty and forthright attitude when I need to be corrected about health issues, such as proper eating in this session. She makes sure I understand what is best for my health. I listen to everything and follow her instructions.

Dr Tuchman is a great listener. She discusses rationale for the treatment she is recommending.

Dr Tuchman is always very caring and attentive. She takes time to explain her recommendations and rational for recommendations. She always makes it a point to get to know you as a person first and not as just an assortment of ICD codes. It is very evident that Dr Tuchman went into medicine for the right reasons and VUMC is fortunate to have her.
