Dr Trone was super nice Examined what was going on

Wasn't impressed. All business. Let me get my AI recording going and go. Didn't let me finish telling him the history of my ear. Really wish I had gone somewhere else. Not clear on what script he was calling in and so far nothing has come through for me to pick up.

Dr Trone is wonderful. I've had an issue with my ear my entire life. I've had numerous ENTs dismiss my concerns. Dr Trone listened to me & my concerns. We now have a plan to address my problem I'm forever grateful to him.

I think he was in a hurry bc he was so behind. His treatment intervention hurt; seemed like he wasn't reading my non-verbal responses until I had to say something.

Waste of time!!
