Dr Tran is very kind, considerate, and very competent.

Dr. Tran was extremely helpful and took whatever time I needed to help me understand my options.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tran's for 17 years. Typically she is very upbeat and friendly, however during this appointment although she asked general questions (how are you? What's new?) her tone was not the same. She seemed almost agitated. I don't think the irritation was from me. When I asked questions, regarding a concern that came up last year, her tone also seemed off. She answered, but it felt almost like she didn't want to. I didn't feel positive walking out of this appointment.

I did not have any questions or concerns.

Again, Chris, who did the testing and Dr. Tran who then saw me were both so focused, thorough and pleasant that I have changed my eye surgery from a private provider to VUMC.
