Dr. Tran was very helpful in explaining everything about my eyes and procedures to follow. Excellent at calming any of my concerns.

Dr. Tran is always professional and knowledgeable about my treatment.

Dr. Tran was well prepared and briefed on my condition. She spent plenty of time explaining my condition and the plan of care.

Condescending. She was polite but addressed her resident md with information and left me out of the conversation. Like the diagnosis wasn't mine to know. I was prescribed meds. And told I'd b fine.

I have seen Dr. Tran many times over the past 3+ years.It is very hard to communicate with her. Many times she is walking out the door as I am asking questions. Her retention/review of my situation is very low. Three minutes seems to be all the time she has to explain my very complicated condition.

Dr. Tran is a cornea transplant specialist!! So I was astounded that she would be WILLING to see a CONJUNCTIVITIS patient!! Yet, she was extremely personable, patient & explained what I had carefully as well as the treatment needed to heal!
