Extremely informative and very good listener

Stephanie spent a lot of time showing me the results of the MRI on my left knee. She explained very thoroughly about what I was seeing on the MRI and what the images meant. She also informed me that Dr.Sullivan had seen the MRI results and what his thoughts were for my future treatments.

I felt heard and that I was given good options for treatment and next steps.

The care provider listened to my concerns, and did not make me feel rushed. It felt like we were partnering on my care decisions. It was so nice to be listened to attentively at a medical clinic by a provider..
