He was extremely polite. He allowed me to read my concerns from a list I made ahead of time and asked follow up questions. His instructions for next steps were very clear and he allowed me to read them back to him to be sure I understood.

It was a great experience he explained the reason why I needed the sleep study. Also I had been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea years ago that the resent problems I didn't associate them to sleep apnea because I had other major family problems I am dealing with. He understood why some of my issues were contributing to my problem as well.
