Dr Russell explained everything I needed to know. He took time to make sure I had all my answers & explained everything on my level.

Dr Russel spent at least 30 min going over every aspect of things that could cause my problem. And all the option. He gave a complex, realistic view. It really helped, although it was a bit like drinking from a firehouse. It could help to have something in writing to take with me to keepnit all in my head

Dr Russell always strives to do his very best at trying to figure out my sinus issues and now my ear issues.

Dr Russell is my favorite. He seems to make you feel like you're important to him and doesn't mind listening to you and conversing about different parts of the treatment

We regret the repetitiveness in our queries while seeking a clearer understanding of the information shared by the esteemed doctor. We communicate with the ASL interpreter privately, requesting that they kindly convey the tones of the responses while we observe their body language and facial expressions. Our interactions with Dr. Russell have been satisfactory. It has become evident to both my wife and me that we should limit the number of questions or concerns we raise. Moving forward, we will restrict our inquiries to one or two questions or concerns to facilitate a more efficient consultation with the doctor. Please know that our intention is not to be burdensome. Dr. Russell is a compassionate professional; however, he may prefer a more direct approach to questioning, as he conveys information. We acknowledge his exceptional expertise and proficiency in his field.
