Ellen Russell Jacobson MD

Dr. Ellen Jackson was patient, professional and I love her. This was my first visit with her!

She took a call from her son while talking to me as she stepped out to talk. She told me that it was scar tissue on my upper lip from the previous biopsies when the knot has been there before both biopsies were done, four years now. She also said my bottom lip has pre cancer on it, but she told me to get an over the counter cream that has steroids in it, no testing. Nothing. I told her the previous doctor told me he went through two layers in the last biopsy she cockily said which layers. She's the doctor! I don't know the top two layers!

Dr. Jacobson was quick and efficient, without sacrificing professionalism or courtesy.

Dr. Jacobson has such a wonderful down to earth approach to dealing with her patients. She is caring and practical and explains all options for treatment with different types of skin cancers. I will continue to recommend her to all of my friends and wish more physicians had her warm and caring personality.
