I had to leave prior to seeing the Dr as I had another appointment at the clinic in Franklin, but Dr Rickert phoned me that evening and spent a good amount of time going over my concerns and discussing options moving forward

World class . I knew from the first time I meet Dr. Rickert that she was the one. The empathy, care and concern, the manner in which she delivered her thoughts and recommendations were real ! No matter what I trust her completely even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. She provided me comfort and compassion that I'm ok and there's hope along with being upfront and truthful.She's a wonderful human and world class Dr. Simply the best I have ever had!!
