The doctor here is at communicating with me as the patient and listening to my specific issues and thinks outside the box to customize treatment outside the norm and accommodate me and my end goal and treatment locations etc because of this I've had a LOT more improvement, progress, and less issues with pain and the dose has been able to be reduced because of it
