Dr. Pugh had clearly reviewed my records prior to our visit. She was thorough in her review of my history including assessments, labs, and diagnostics. I have completed up to this point. She engaged well with my husband and I, assured me she would be with me throughout what lies ahead, and outlined a plan for further diagnostic testing. She invited questions and dialogue and have us great confidence in her care and oversight of my health.

As always, Dr Pugh was very kind and caring. She was very knowledgeable of my medical history and provided ample time for an examination/medical assessment and answered all my questions. She is also very responsive to any messages via My Vanderbilt Health App. She is the utmost professional!
