Dr was very concerned about how I felt

Dr Phares is top notch

Always thorough!

I had read GREAT reviews about Dr. Phares. I was told by his nurse that did vitals that he loves his patients, which is an attribute I want in my doctor. I had never seem Dr. Phares before my appointment and I'm an extremely personable person. I didn't feel as if he had a genuine care about my issue. He rarely looked at me, mostly at the computer screen. When I asked him about POTS (my condition) he said it's because it's extremely hard to treat and no one knows how to treat it. At one point he asked me to lay back on the table and stay very still with my arms at my side. Then a lady came in to do a test. I knew I had to lay still, but the test lady asked me to stand up to take an arm off my sweater. I knew that would throw the test off. I think there's a lack of communication between the doctor and his older lady assistant that did the test. I wasn't able to lay still for the test. I would say, it wasn't the best experience.It could have been so much better had the doc actually interacted with me.

Dr Phares is a great Dr we trust him

Dr phares has never treated me poorly before ! This visit he was rude Did not take my worries or my voice into consideration! He was very judgmental and very unprofessional. I will not be returning to see him

Spoke about my medical issues and probable causes, follow up appointment scheduled to see if there's been changes.
