She was thoughtful and informative

Doctor was very condescending and did not take my concerns seriously. She refused to do the testing I asked for. She didn't care I was crying and in pain. I am want to know why I am in so much pain all the time.

Unfortunately, my overall experience with Dr. Osburn was poor. The clinic itself and most of the staff are wonderful, but in each interaction with Dr. Osburn (specifically my most recent appointment), she has been cavalier with my concerns, abrupt and condescending with answers, and has rushed through my appointments. I expressed nervousness about a pelvic exam that she was about to perform and her response was to disregard my current state of mind and comment on how I'd probably need an epidural during labor if just this was too hard for me. It was so jarring and dismissive because her response to my immediate anxiety was to ignore my comment and recommend pain management for the future (something we weren't even talking about).

Excellent on all levels
