Dr Norfolk is the most comforting and informative doctor that I have ever experienced. She takes extra time to make certain that I am well informed on all issues, and listens to my personal medical concerns very well. She shows so much empathy, concern, and love through her care.

The doctor looked over my bloodwork and spirometry test. We then spoke about my breathing issues, transplant issues and other concerns of mine. Dr Norfolk made recommendations and we made a plan. Within 3 days the plan was implemented.

Dr. Norfolk listened intently. She made me feel safe and heard. I never doubted that my best interest was at the forefront of her mind. Throughout my life there have been only two doctors who I felt I could trust my life with. Dr. Norfolk is one of those doctors.
