Answered all my questions with reasonable answers appreciated.

She is one of the most inept providers I've ever seen. Rude from the moment she walked in, completely dismissive of my problems, and on two instances seemed severely lacking in knowledge of the conditions she's supposed to be treating. I don't know how she's qualified to do her job. I immediately requested a referral to another clinic after leaving my appointment and I would advise anyone needing help to go to any other clinic.

I had a great experience with Karen and was in a great mood when Wendy walked in. That mood lasted 30 seconds because the same energy Karen brought was sucked out of the room with Wendy. She was stone-cold sober, no warmth, no friendliness. I explained my concern and she suggested medication without any exam or test. Call me progressive, but I'd like to figure out the root cause of a problem before I just throw pharmaceuticals at it. She did schedule me with a doctor to perform a test but I had to specifically ask for it and the entire time spent in the exam room with me was less than 6 mins. She was very dismissive after I suggested a test and just showed me the door. Not a great experience.

Provider is straight forward not a lot of conversation, empathy. She tells you like it is with no fanfare.

Excellent communicator. Proactively addressed likely questions.

This experience was exceptional. All of my questions and concerns were addressed with clarity and related to my condition. I would rate higher than 5 if possible.
