My experience with Dr. Ness was terrible. He gave me no direct answers for my medical problems. He could not give me a clear answer for whether or not I had cancer even when I asked him multiple times. He seemed completely dumbfounded regarding my tumors and how to treat them. The entire appointment was him on his phone, asking other doctors questions about my condition. He left the room multiple times during my appointment.

Dr. Ness engaged in open discussion about my issues and shared sound advice and counsel. I am thrilled that we have a plan!!

Dr Ness was very personable and engaging. His punctuality is impeccable. His clinic is run smoothly.

The PA was very good. He was extremely nice in listening to me and all my medical history and seemed very concerned in helping figure out what was going on. It went downhill hill when the doctor came in. He was very arrogant and talked down to me and my mom who had come with me. He didn't want to hear any concerns we had and dismissed them. At one point he told me to not just have any abdominal surgery for no reason because I would be a complicated case. 1. We weren't discussing surgery and 2. Who goes out in search to have abdominal surgery that isn't needed? We were left very disappointed by the visit. We were hoping that he would have new ideas or be willing to try to figure out what was going on but that wasn't the case. He told me I needed to do whatever was necessary to live with the pain.
