Amanda Needham needs to work on her bedside manner. Her attitude and tone was nasty. I went in there with a sensitive issue to be met with a condescending attitude feeling belittled and even more sensitive about the issue before I went in.

The provider comes off condescending. She tries to explain everything away. However she wasn't straight rude

She didn't do a pap smear and blew me off.

This was my first time seeing Amanda since Leann left. I was nervous but she was great! Easy to talk to and listened well. Answered questions well.

Amanda took her time with me and answered all the questions I had!

Amanda was not friendly, she did not make me feel comfortable at all. I almost walked out of the service entirely because of her demeanor. She almost refused me service because of my reasoning behind wanting to get the IUD implanted. Came off as extremely judgmental and I did not like her at all.

All were very kind and helpful!

I was a new patient and she didn't introduce herself to me. I was also her first patient of the day so she was probably getting warmed up.
