I was a new patient and she didn't introduce herself to me. I was also her first patient of the day so she was probably getting warmed up.

Amanda thoroughly made me feel comfortable. Her careful examination and explanation as she proceeded was very helpful. And she gave me good instructions to follow which gave me confidence that everything would be all right. She reassured me by letting me know to be in touch with her or Megan Manor if I had other concerns.

She wasn't concerned at all about issues I was having I asked her to discuss them and she said I could make a separate appointment for that. I have never had such horrible service at Vanderbilt.

I feel lucky to have Amanda as my new provider. We were matched via the cancellation list but it was meant to be.

She was very nice and always is.
