I will not be returning and won't recommend this provider to anyone I know. Lauren was not helpful at all. She didn't fully listen to my concerns. She was short and inconsiderate of what I have been experiencing for many years. When asked about follow-up, she recommended me seek care elsewhere if I continue to experience challenges that are related to women's health. Lauren made a blanket determination on what she assumed I needed. No discussions of further testing, bloodwork, or ultrasounds.

Really sweet woman, but it felt dismissive. I think she meant to be reassuring that nothing's wrong with me and being a mom is just hard. But it was just generalized and dismissive, because there is something wrong, this is not my normal and I need help. Didn't ask questions about me or my birth or periods or discuss solutions. Was just recommended birth control pills, (which Is something that could potentially make all of my symptoms way worse) she didn't care which one or talk about the differences, it just felt very generalized like you're a postpartum woman so this must be your problem. Instead of trying to actually figure it out with me.

I dont feel like I can openly ask questions without being belittled and everything seems that its just the way it is

I went there to establish care because my recent obgyn retired. She did not listen to any of my history or ask me a single question about my reproductive health.

Lauren moody was very kind and compassionate. She spent a lot of time with me and explained everything very well and gave me reasons for getting a transvaginal ultrasound to rule out of conditions

The wait time was very minimal. The appointment unfolded in a very warm yet efficient manner. There was time to ask questions. Follow up from the appointment was very clearly explained

Lauren is always so professional but warm and makes me feel so comfortable. She is a wealth of information and always asks questions that make me feel comfortable and shows she cares.

I am very dissapointed, Dr Lauren always is in a rush and zero doves deep on the health issues. I was explaining how bad I had been feeling and she just check my boobs and send me to the mammogram. I am sure my problem with menopause and she has not ordered a hormones test which is a baseline. I cried there because I don't see she listens in detail what is going on. I am about to change doctors as I don't see any interest to get the root cause why Ian feeling bad.
