Dr. Milan was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Talking with Dr. Milam was like talking with an old friend. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He took the time to discuss my condition, much more than most doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillip Milam with Vanderbilt Detertology, to anyone needing dermatology treatments.

Dr. Milan has always been very friendly, settling and very good about explaining alternative treatment if they are or might be required.
