Seemed clinically competent. Once she determined that there were no serious Issues causing my pain and discomfort (a welcome relief to me), she was uncaring, flippant, and when I queried her about other ways I could manage the pain she just stared at me with an expression that showed annoyance rather than engagement and concern. I had to pull options from her. She made a joke as she exited the room that implied that what I thought might be a concern was nothing. Until now, I've never felt demeaned in a health care encounter. This is not the experience I've had in any other Vanderbilt office.

Was hoping for more information on menopause and more direction. Very little time was spent with her.

Never felt hurried answered all my questions.

She listened to all my concerns, was empathetic and then gave me good news.

Marissa always takes the time to listen to my concerns and address them fully. I always feel heard and taken care of after every appointment with her.

Marissa is very good at what she does. She always explains things well and to the point while bot coming across condescending in anyway. She also is good at asking the right questions.

She was amazing!!!

Very thorough, kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
