OMG he is the best. He is sweet and caring, always makes me feel that we are working together, and he just gives a damn. I have had some very negative doctor experiences at Vandy, but Dr. M makes up for them all single-handed. For that reason alone, you guys need to give him an enormous raise. He makes Vandy look good every single day.
