Dr. Marchman was thorough, professional, and showed empathy, while also being very clear and concise regarding her recommendations for next steps In my treatment plan. I sincerely appreciated both her thoroughness, willingness to listen to my concerns, and direct demeanor. It was clear she had reviewed my chart (1st visit) prior to seeing me and was fully prepared and present for the duration of my appointment.

As previously stated, Dr Marchman was wonderful. She listened to the issue I was having and gave me a great explanation of care and how this particular issue comes about.

Past experiences have been pretty good with this provider but yesterday felt rushed and like my questions were unwanted or a bother.

Dr. Marchman took the time to explain every step of the process and took more time to answer my questions. She always makes me feel comfortable in a very vulnerable situation.
