I highly recommend Erica for anyone expecting bad news in the lung department. She was extremely thorough in all aspects of my appointment. She appeared very well read about my case and had already read and looked at previous CT scans and lab work. She asked tons of questions, including what I had been told so far by other doctors. When she began describing my condition, she was very helpful, including walking us through the CT scan (which previous doctor had not) to show us what was showing up on the scan. She was very knowledgeable about next steps and possible outcomes as well as what could immediately be ruled out and what labs would help to rule out others. When she left us, we felt as though all of our questions had been answered and felt comfortable reaching out to her through the portal if we had any further questions. She also stated she would be reaching out to me through the portal to explain lab results as they came through.
