Overall disappointed in the communication by 100 oaks doctors post ultrasound.

Dr. Lotshaw was exceptional. I would definitely recommend him. He took time and great care to explain the finer points involved in the care I am seeking.

Bad. Will not return to Dr. Lotshaw again. He was in & out quickly. The few questions I was able to ask (as he was walking to exit immediately after the exam) were answered with brief responses that clearly were a waste of his time. I felt belittled as my health questions were brushed off as unnecessary. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the care I received from a Vanderbilt physician.

Wrote off my concerns and was rude about my insurance situation

Dr. Lotshaw was amazing with me and kept me comfortable throughout the procedure. He explained everything he was doing before he did it. He also helped ease my mind on some worries I had about my health. He explained everything well and also listened to all the questions I had for him about my concerns with birth control and wanting to get a breast exam done even though I'm younger than 30 years old.

Dr lotshaw took the time to go over all queations and up to date treatment options for my situation. I think he really heard me.
