Dr. Lee changed my life. I had been having symptoms for 2 years and other medical providers couldn't find the cause and outright refused to even consider chiari. Dr. Lee was honest from the beginning that he also wasn't sure it was chiari, but he believed me enough to run tests and have extra imaging done. This imaging showed a minor problem, but after discussing the pros and cons we decided to move forward with surgery knowing it might now help me. The surgery completely changed my life for the positive and helped ease my symptoms. I will always be grateful for Dr. Lee and giving me the ability to carry my toddler again without worrying about falling or dropping her.

Excellent at including us in every decision

Dr. Ryan was very kind and patient during my appointment. He ordered some MRI's to find out what my issues are so he we can figure the next best route to go for me to get relief. The appointment was a little fast. But I was having a bad confusing anxiety brain day and couldn't explain my issues correctly. Which was not the doctors doing.

Dr. Lee Is excellent and very kind. He was not in a hurry and was very thorough during my office visit. He also listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend him to others and thankful Vanderbilt has a Chiari specialist!
