Drs lack of empathy and compassion is evident. She seems to only be checking off boxes to get through the appointment, and to do all the things to score Medicare bucks without any care about the patient.

Dr. Lack dismissed almost all my concerns and would not directly answer any of my questions. I asked her about a bad cough I have had for two months after having COVID-19 that I am very concerned about and she said it sounded like it was getting better, so that I should not worry about it aand she was not concerned. I asked her about the possibility of getting off blood pressure medicine once I lost enough weight from Zepbound since my blood pressure is getting better and was brought on by weight gain. She gave me a lecture on how I would probably have to stay on blood pressure medicine given my age instead of telling me what signs or symptoms to look for or even what numbers I would have to consistently get when monitoring my BP. Finally, I brought up hormonal concerns about having had possible PMDD most of my life and possibly getting tested to get some answer since Zepbound appears to have improved my anxiety, but not my extreme PMS. She flatly refused and said it's not possible to test hormones until I pushed a little bit more and she relented and said that it is possible, but it wouldn't be useful without zero explanation as to why. She also could not effectively answer any questions about Zepboud. I am very surprised by Dr. Lack's dismissive attitude and inability to answer any pertinent questions. I am saddened having lost my prior residents to graduation who provided much more insightful and knowledgeable care. I will absolutely never recommend this doctor.

Dr. Lack was very thorough and the prescribed medication that was recommended has worked.
