I felt the rheumatologist didn't give me anything. She contradicted herself a couple times. No tests. Just said take Tylenol as if that's gonna help my inflammation. Didn't really look at any of my symptoms honestly. I'll be getting a second option.

Dr. Kroop cares about the whole patient. She clearly explains my condition and the medications prescribed.

Dr. Kroop always listens attentively and answers all my questions. I've always felt comfortable taking to her about any health issues and feel she takes my concerns seriously.

She would stop me from talking by making a time out sign with her hands. I didn't even get to tell her my entire problem list of things going on with me at this time. A patient tends to become self conscious and doesn*t speak up after that. I should have just stayed home instead of traveling 140 miles to see Dr Susan Kroop. I probably will not see her again.
