I really appreciated Dr. Dora's knowledge, explanation, and bedside manner. She made me feel at ease with my procedure and confident that I was safe in her care.

I have always had a good experience with this provider.

Told her I had drainage and redness on my site and that I was concerned. She didn't even look at it and said it was fine, gave me abd pads for my site and sent me on the way with no signs/symptoms/corners to be aware or how to let someone know, especially as Christmas ev was two days away. Two days later I'm calling the on call resident because it's worsened and I was prescribed a 10 day course of bactrim. Her notes, per the AVS, stated that I had no complaints or concerns and there was no redness/drainage. That was false documentation as I had a witness with me in the room when I endorsed my concerns with the healing and drainage. As a RN who cares for wounds regularly, I felt dismissed and stupid, which makes me worry for non healthcare literate folks.

If I lived closer to Anna and didn't have a 2 hour drive for a 10 minute visit it would be a lot better the people here are GREAT

She has kept me informed throughout the whole healing process about what to expect, things to watch out for, and things for me to do to get the best outcome. My recovery has been better than I thought possible and I greatly appreciate her guidance and advice.
