I am not normally one to participate in these surveys, but I do want to express my disappointment with Marissa. I found her to be very terse and unhelpful. I gave her detailed information about my symptoms, and I could repeatedly tell that she was not listening. She was unable to answer any of my questions about my condition or options for next steps. I left the appointment feeling confused, disappointed, and with more questions than answers.
