Ms. Jenkins listens, Is caring and was very helpful. I enjoyed my visit. Didn't feel judged or that she doubted my concerns.

It was good. She explained clearly, what my options were

Marissa does not have a good bed side manner. She made us feel like she was not interested. Talking about my pain like it's not that bad and I should just accept everything she says. She said something about me being sarcastic because I joked with her when she first came in the room. When she mentioned this new procedure my wife said that I already had a stimulator and she abruptly said it's not the same. Then my wife asked about me taking a shower with this on me for 60 days, and she said we wouldn't ask you not to take a shower for 60 days with a little laugh. I will continue to go to her because I like Dr. Sobey, but she has a lot to learn about empathy. I hope that she never has to experience the kind of pain I'm in.
