I felt heard and got the answers I needed.

This was my second visit with Dr. Shivani Jani she was very kind and concerned about my care. She explained by labs and offered me different plans of care. She even followed up with me a few days after my appointment to discuss my care. I think she is an excellent physician, she is very thorough and thoughtful. I would highly recommend her.

I do not or will not be seen by this doctor ever again. She was to me NOT very knowledgeable about my disease.

All attention was on her computer screen (during both of my visits). She barely looked at me. No lab work was done and she never explained anything about why my thyroid Is out of control I actually drove through tornadoes in West Tennessee and bad road conditions to get to and from this visit. Which seems to have been useless.

She took her time with me and didn't rush. Answered all my questions. Was very understanding of the care I need.

All is good.

Dr. Jani was wonderful. She took her time with me, and truly made me feel heard and seen. She was incredibly helpful and I would recommend her to anyone!
