I completely trust Dr Jacobson and appreciate being a patient of hers

I was very unhappy & disappointed with this doctor. I waited almost a year to see her based on online reviews. After waiting 8 months and then over an hour & a half past my appointment time to see her. She walked in, obviously in a rush from running behind on time, had my undress (also didn't tell me that was going to happen and just pulled my shirt down without warning), and began looking at my arm/body without really telling me what she was doing. Was asking ME where my moles/marks were instead of taking time to look herself. Didn't lift arms, legs, check scalp, looked at maybe 3-4 moles with a glass and then said okay get dressed and left. By the time she walked in and left it was less than 4 minutes. Didn't ask if I had any questions or concerns. Barely looked at my body and this was supposed to be a thorough full body check. She was clearly rushed, disregarded me and I left having questions and concerns that were not answered. I waited a year for her to barefly take the time to look at me and rush out in less than 5 minutes. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone else based on the fact she could have missed things based on her being rushed and disregarding. I left very unhappy and unsatisfied. No full body check was performed.
