I really appreciate Dr. Jacobson's excellent and efficient care!

This was the first time since I started seeing Dr Ellen that I felt welcome, heard and understood. I should have gotten my diagnosis code and guidelines for may appts to her office. It appeared she finally understood the serious nature of my medical condition and she offered much better counsel, She even joked! I've seen her a number of other times and that never happened. The only thing that felt off to me was her continued phrasing that if I didn't want to have the pre-cancer places removed I could wait until they got to the point of needing surgery. NEXT time I will tell her I cannot have surgery, as I am unable to take medications==but I didn't want to spoil my first positive appt.

Dr Ellen Jacobson was friendly, efficient, and supremely knowledgeable.
