Love Dr. Jacobsen!

Dr. Jacobson is friendly and relaxed. She is unhurried. I enjoy seeing her. She talked with me during the exam and answered my questions easily.

I saw Dr. Jacobson for piercings that won't heal. Dr. Jacobson seemed uninformed about best piercing practices and healing. She also didn't seem interested in hearing about previous treatment attempts (frequent saline washes/soaks). In taking out and putting my piercings back In, It felt like she took little care. The backing of one of my piercings made It back Into the correct hole but the post was actually In my ear lobe next to the backing. I removed the earring post from my skin and correctly placed It back Into the backing after Dr. Jacobson left. She recommended saline soaks and washes and Vaseline. If Dr. Jacobson felt it was too difficult to remove and place my piercings back properly I would have preferred she refer me to my piercer as I told her was available and had done so previously.

Dr. Jacobson is great. Will continue to see her at this office. Very happy with the results.
