Did not listen from the beginning, charged a $50 copay for a yearly physical. Lady who took me back and did my vitals said it was logged I was having issues, NOPE. I clearly called and requested a physical, even noted I was scheduling because Dr.Gray retired and I wanted to stay on top of my physicals. Waited almost 2 hours before I saw the doctor. Doctor didnt listen. Logged my mother died of breast cancer, when it was my grandmother. Prescribed medicine I didnt request and didnt explain, logged I had laser on my leg.what??Wasted my time, took my money and couldn't even listen and log my records correctly.worst experience. Will not be back.

I was very disappointed. I came to discuss HRT, as I have started having night sweats and believe I am in perimenopause. The provider pretty much dismissed that I might be in perimenopause, saying I was too young (I'm 43). She said I was probably pre-diabetic and that's what was causing the night sweats. Actually, I have been In the pre-diabetic range before, and never experienced night sweats. I am also much healthier now. However she wanted to do blood work to rule it out, to which I agreed. When my labs came back showing that I was not pre-diabetic, she never reached out to discuss what else could be causing the night sweats. I felt completely dismissed and like the entire visit was just a waste of time. Today I had a 20 minute discussion with my PCP and she is going to trial me on a birth control patch to see if that will help control my symptoms.
