I really enjoy my time in the clinic. There is never a problem and Kristen is always very friendly

This was the best medical appointment I have had in a very long time. It meant the world to me to be listened to and cared for the entire visit. I had very little hope walking into the appointment and feel - for the very first time in a long time- that things might actually get better. I wish everyone had medical appointments like this. It makes a HUGE difference when you are feeling bad to feel that someone really cares about helping you. I have had a really hard time getting in touch with providers and I had reached a point that I felt like no one believed me or wanted to support me, but this was the complete opposite. I felt validated!

SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND GAVE ME COMPREHENSIVE INFORMATION TO HELP ME MAKE A DECISION ON HOW TO PROCEED

There could be be no better communicationor the feeling of being heard an I wasn't just a face I was listened to and understood I felt as if they cared outstanding

She was so nice and polite. Very informative. I would definitely want to see her again.

This was my first time seeing this NP and she was wonderful! She really listened to me and helped solve the problem with my pain. I'm going to see her for my next appointment.
