I thougt this was a pain linic. This ssistant showed no oncern whatsoevr out my pain. What a waste of my time

She has a terrible bedside manner. Stone face didn't smile once, didn't say thank you or goodbye, I asked a question and she flat out ignored me, she made me feel so uncomfortable I didn't ask it again. There was a misunderstanding about my appointment, my fault, and I was confused, but nice about It. She was terribly cold she was so rude about it like I was an idiot. I would never, never, never see her again. In fact when I realized she was going to do my procedure at a later date I called back and switched doctors. Dr Corey is amazing and I'm surprised someone like this would be working with such a wonderful Dr. Even though I had a misunderstanding about my appointment, I am a very friendly person and was not upset, just confused. If I was having a bad day I would have cried. Terrible experience.

The provider was unfriendly, cold, and impersonal. I told her I had no feeling in my leg. She never attempted to examine me. She sat typing on the computer. I don't think she ever looked at me once. I have been a long time patient of Vanderbilt. I don't think I've ever felt as unwelcome as I did during this visit. I would like not see her again for any of my follow up visits please.
