Dr. Hicks is professional, courteous and compassionate. He is aware of my past two rounds with cancer and the treatments to battle it. He included my history into his medical opinion. I was moved by his knowledge of my medical history and consideration of possible medications and/or procedures and their (possible) effects on my body in lieu of cancer and treatments.

After waiting over an hour to see the provider (longer if you consider that I arrived 15 minutes early as requested), he came in the room and did not even offer an apology for running so late. This was just the beginning of the dismissive attitude that lasted the entire visit.
