I felt heard during the appointment. She listened to my concerns and addressed each one. She included me in the treatment discussion when it came to deciding what the next steps would be. She offered for me to ask more questions if I had any several times before the appointment ended.

Dr. Herrera was incredible with showing concern about my worries, as I was just getting over the panic attack when she walked into the exam room. She was kind, empathetic, had a calm demeanor, and even said that she completely understands that someone could be late because they were at another provider's office right before that took longer than expected (which is what happened) and that she would want that provider to spend the appropriate amount of time taking care of the patient just like she would want to spend the appropriate amount of time taking care of the patients at her office.
