Dr Harvey listened to my concerns and answered all my questions in layman's terms. She was compassionate and supportive

One of the things I love most about Dr Harvey is her attention to detail and her empathy for patients. Since the first appointment she has always attentively listened to my questions , addressed my concerns not only with recommendations but also with a full list of options to consider. I never felt like just another patient. She always makes you feel like a partner in your health Journey. And because of this I have recommended her to three of my friends of which two have already visited her.

I don't think I was believed and I felt frustrated. I am in pain and having to drive to Tennessee was a waste of time. I would've preferred the provider cancel the appointment if it was known I wasn't a candidate.

The doctor listened, was attentive, didn't rush, and seemed to genuinely care about next steps for me. I thought she was fantastic!

She barely explained things about my surgery. A surgery i've never had before. Gave me 5 minutes of her time and then dismissed me. I had to stop her from leaving the room because I had more questions.

It could've been an off day on my part or on the provider's part, but I got the sense the provider was not believing me when I explained the severity of my ailment. She pressed with recommending the requested procedure (why referred to Vanderbilt), so she must've understood. It was simply an impression I got.

Dr. Harvey's communication skills and bedside manner are wonderful. She made me feel comfortable during a procedure and was patient and willing to answer all of my questions. She made my healthcare experience easier.

Excellent service

The doctor was not clear on how painful the procedure would be. I could have chosen a surgical setting if I had been more clearly informed. It was excruciating.
