She didn't even speak more than two words to me and was very dismissive. She made me feel like an inconvenience and that she didn't want to deal with me. With going in for care after my 8th miscarriage I expect a slice of kindness from her. If it wasn't for her assistant, I would never want to go back to Vanderbilt. Please address her attitude.

I switched my upcoming appointments to this provider because the staff and provider were so much better than the first time I was in this office.

Lisa is always down-to-earth, professional, and patient-centered In her approach with me. She Is also clear and patient when providing education regarding problems and treatment options. She represents VUMC very well!

Provider was emotionless. Instead of calling with results she emailed and was very short. I had to use ChatGPT to get a better understanding

She dismissed my concerns about her treatment proposal. She spoke quietly and with a demeanor that came across dismissive, impatient, and uninformed. She showed little empathy for my situation, and the experience left me feeling alone and uncertain about how to best treat my problem given my interaction with her left me with little confidence in a treatment plan.

I did not have a positive experience with my care provider. It was the first time I had seen her, and she did not express much concern, empathy, warmth, or curiosity about the concerns that I had. It unfortunately left me feeling dismissed, discouraged, and unsupported at the end of my appointment. I will not be seeing this provider again.
