He has been very instrumental in improving my sleep health and overall well-being, and I am grateful that I can meet with him via telemedicine.

I'm sure Dr. Gigandet is a very intelligent medical professional, but I don't think he's the right provider for me. After hearing what medications I've taken in the past for my condition, he said there was only one other medication I could take and immediately began the process of getting me that medication without explaining it to me at all. I still have no idea how this medication works, what the side effects are, whether it's a good fit for me, or any other information about it. He also seemed convinced that my diagnosis may not be correct and requested my test results, then offered no explanation on where to send them or to whom. I still have them and he still lacks them. My entire intake appointment took less than ten minutes because no time was taken to explain anything to me. I left feeling more confused than when I arrived.

Dr. Gigandet is always awesome. He thoroughly explains everything. He shows sincere concern for my sleep health and is genuinely pleased with the improvement in my sleep. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
