Nan Gentry is always wonderful!

Nan Gentry is always a good listener and explains things patiently. I trust her skill and dedication.

I was asked if it was OK if a student came in with the Nurse Practitioner to assist. I said yes it was ok. I was NOT informed that the student would be doing the exam on me WITHOUT the Nurse practitioner present. I was also not told that when the nurse practitioner came in she was going to have to examine me AGAIN. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

She is always great. No concerns just the annual checkup.

Provider & student were very informative.

I do recommend Nan Gentry to people, because I feel like she really cares for her patients.

Very dismissive. Told me she doubted I had the issues that I was having, that I was too young to be having these issues. I was embarassed and ashamed. I felt very dismissed.

Seemed in a rush, which is fine, but performed my exam so abruptly that it caused me a lot more discomfort than usual. I have a history of pain and trauma with exams that I don't think is noted on my chart; if it had been, I might have had a better experience. Please give patients sufficient time right before intimate exams to relax and breathe if needed.

I would probably not go back to this provider. A bit cold. Or a lot
