I feel like Nan did fantastic in the amount of time provided for her but did feel that we proceeded through the visit at a quickened pace

Unfortunately I did not have the same positive interaction I previously had.

Gentry came in the room and did not introduce herself. I only knew who she was from googling her. Throughout the procedure she was extremely abrasive and dismissive.

I was asked if it was OK if a student came in with the Nurse Practitioner to assist. I said yes it was ok. I was NOT informed that the student would be doing the exam on me WITHOUT the Nurse practitioner present. I was also not told that when the nurse practitioner came in she was going to have to examine me AGAIN. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
