Healthcare provider was very thorough in explaining my options for treatment.

The allotted time with my provider was 15 mins. I didn't even get that. She was in and out maybe 5 mins. I was not asked if I had questions and I felted very rushed. It was disappointing to sit in a waiting room for an hour and forty five minutes to only see your provider for five minutes. I didn't even get my allotted 15 minutes.

I have been taking injections for years. Both ay Vanderbilt Eye and other providers, and have never felt any pain or discomfort. However I felt pain in both eyes this time. I was shocked at the poor process!!!!!!.

Dr. G spoke at length with me about my diagnosis an treatment, Then she took the time to talk with my husband to explain everything to him.

Dr. Gangaputra is very good at diagnosing and thinking outside of the box for treatments. She also can foresee possible outcomes and plans for prevention against it. She is an amazing doctor and I love her personality too!
