She was absolutely amazing!!! I've only had one consultation so far, but I can confidently say the world would be a better place if more doctors were like her! It was so nice to have someone who actually explained things so well, seemed super up to date on all the latest research, actually listened, and didn't rush through or dismiss me! My experiences with Vanderbilt doctors so far seem to be 1000x better than care I've received elsewhere in Nashville and it makes me want to switch all my doctors to Vanderbilt!

Dr. Friedman really goes above and beyond when it comes to the safety level. She broke the ice very fast, as a trans woman who feels very uncomfortable in a lot of spaces, not one conversation with her felt awkward or uncomfortable. Dr. Friedman gave me lengthy and perfect explanations of anything I asked and would extrapolate even further when I asked.
