Was told that I had lumps on my breasts, but not told the risk factors were given any options other than to schedule a mammogram and ultrasound. I found out from another nurse practitioner, friend that an ultrasound should be scheduled first because a mammogram might not be necessary. That was not discussed with me.

Elaina is so kind and caring. She makes you feel at ease and taken care of.

I have lived in Tennessee three years, and my experience with Elaina Verges was probably the best I have had in a medical appointment. She was kind, professional, thorough, patient, asked excellent questions, made terrific recommendations and made me feel more comfortable and confident in my diagnosis and treatment recommendation. I came to the appointment nervous and scared, and Elaina made me feel so much better by the time I left.

My care provider showed a genuine concern for the issues and answered all of my questions. She explained why specific test were ordered and the purpose as listened to my request for specific tests. We discussed treatments for specific concerns. She took the time to listen and respond to my concerns. The amount of time taken was sufficient for my visit. I would definitely recommend this NP as she was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk with regarding my care. I would give her a 100!

This isn't my first time seeing this practitioner unfortunately. After one visit with her in my pregnancy I never wanted her as my practitioner again. In my pregnancy she was rude, dismissive, and showed a lack of concern for any questions I had. I tried to avoid scheduling this appointment with her, but my only other option was a male physician. I thought maybe she would be different this go around, but I was wrong and probably would've been better off with the male.
